Technical Sales Intern Internship
Headquarters, Selangor, Malaysia

Duties/Responsibilities

1. Sales Administration Support

  • Assist in preparing proposals, and sales documentation. 
  • Support processing order.
  • Updated sales pipelines and opportunity tracking reports.
  • Monitor RFQ/ITB status and follow up with the sales team.

 

2. Documentation & Record Management

  • Organize and maintain department files and records.
  • Ensure proper filing of contracts, agreements, technical documents, and customer correspondence

                                           

3. Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Compile weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Updated customer visit reports and sales development activities.
  • Support data and report generations from SAP, CRM, or Excel databases.

 

4. Marketing & Sales Development Support

  •  Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations.
  • Maintain customer and prospect databases.

 

5. Operational Support

  • Assist in organizing department events, workshops, and training programs.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Management Studies, Office Administration or any related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Malay and English 

Experience with SAP, CRM systems, or ERP software is an added advantage
